How to Become a Volunteer at WeGoHostU Foundation
Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with WeGoHostU Foundation! We appreciate your commitment to helping us create positive change. To make the process as simple as possible, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Download the Volunteer Form
Visit our website or access the link provided to download the volunteer form. The form is available in PDF format for easy download and printing.
Step 2: Complete the Volunteer Form
Fill out the form with your personal details, including contact information, educational background, skills, and relevant experience. Please ensure you provide accurate information, especially in areas such as your skills, availability, and motivation for wanting to volunteer. If you have any previous volunteer experience, be sure to mention it. Ensure that you sign the form at the end to confirm your agreement to the terms of volunteering with WeGoHostU Foundation.
Step 3: Submit the Completed Form
Once you’ve filled out the volunteer form, print it out and submit it in person at the WeGoHostU Foundation office. Our office address: WeGoHostU ICT Hub F.A Olabintan Plaza, Block D, Plot 11A, Adjascent Tinumola Junction, Oroki Estate, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.
Step 4: Screening and Interview Process
After you submit the form, our team will review your application. If your application aligns with our needs, we will contact you to schedule an interview or further discussion. During the interview, we’ll talk about your availability, areas of interest, and how you can best contribute to the programme.
Step 5: Confirmation of Your Volunteer Role
After the interview process, you will receive confirmation of your role and the specific tasks you will be responsible for. If selected, you will be provided with further training, guidance, and resources to help you succeed in your volunteer role.
Step 6: Start Volunteering
Once you’ve completed the necessary training and received all the required resources, you’ll begin your volunteer journey with WeGoHostU Foundation! We’ll keep you updated on our ongoing projects and any events where you can actively contribute.
